If you know the Behala Chowrasta area, you probably know how busy it gets around here. Our office is at 185 A Bama Charan Roy Road, right in the middle of all that Kolkata energy. We have been doing career management from this spot for some time now. It’s a plain office, nothing too polished, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at job listings for the people who come to see us. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of checking details and talking to different companies. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when a lot of people show up at once. We don't have a big reception area or fancy coffee, just some chairs and our desks. We try to keep things moving and help people get their resumes in order. Bama Charan Roy Road is a good spot for us because it’s easy for people to find once they get to the Chowrasta. We deal with all sorts of career questions every day. Sometimes we have to tell people to wait a bit because we are backed up with paperwork. It’s just how it is. We are just local people working here, trying to make things work for the folks who need a bit of guidance with their jobs. No big speeches, just everyday work in Behala.
