Paradigm Shift

We've been operating Paradigm Shift from our spot at 7/1M Samar Sarani in Kolkata for a while now. It's a busy neighborhood, and 700002 is home to us. People sometimes ask what we do here, and we just tell them we're working on things that matter to the local community. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular place where we show up every morning, drink some tea, and get to work. We like being in Kolkata. The city has a specific energy that keeps us going. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do right by the people who walk through our door. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the rain makes the commute a bit of a mess, but that's just life here on Samar Sarani. We have a small team, and we've all known each other for years. It feels more like a family than a workplace most of the time. If you happen to be in the area, you'll see our sign. We keep things pretty simple. There's no big corporate manual here. We just figure things out as we go. It’s been a journey getting everything set up, and we are still learning new things every week. That’s how we like it.
