Lake Town is a pretty well-known part of the city, and being in Block-A makes it easy to find. The office is situated in a way that feels more like a home than a workplace. We have been here for a good while, and the neighbors are all familiar faces to us. In our part of Kolkata, things can get pretty lively during the festivals, but otherwise, it is a steady place to work. We deal with various career and management tasks throughout the week. There is always a stack of folders on someone's desk and a phone ringing somewhere in the background. We don't have a receptionist in a uniform or any of those corporate trimmings. It is just a few of us sitting around, making calls and typing away. Sometimes we take a break and walk down the street for some street food. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We just provide the services we know how to do from this little corner of Lake Town. The space is a bit cramped with all the books and files, but it’s home to us during the day. We like the neighborhood vibe here.
