Genus Overseas Electronic Ltd

We are located out in the village of Chakdighi in the Burdwan district. Being in a more rural area means our pace is a little different than the big city companies, but we stay just as busy. Our work involves electronics, and we have a facility here where we handle various parts and components. Many of the people who work here are from the local village or the surrounding areas in Burdwan, so it feels like a community effort. We spend our days on the floor, making sure the electronic units are being handled correctly and that everything is moving through the process like it should. It’s not a high-tech glass building; it’s a practical workspace suited for the kind of manufacturing and assembly we do. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads get muddy during the monsoon, but we’ve learned how to manage those things over the years. It feels good that we can do this kind of technical work right here in the village. It provides jobs for the locals and keeps the area active. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures; we just focus on the electronics and making sure the boxes are packed up and ready for transport on time. It’s a steady, everyday kind of job for us and we like being part of Chakdighi.
