Faayada Retail

Faayada Retail is located on Biren Roy Road. If you know the Uc Zonal Training Centre, we are right opposite that, near Sakuntala Park. It’s a decent location, easy enough for people to find. We’ve been here for a bit now, just running the shop and seeing the locals come and go. Sakuntala Park is a nice area, quite green compared to the busier parts of the city. On Biren Roy Road, the traffic can be a bit much during the morning rush, but it quietens down later. Our shop isn't very large, but we pack it with what people need. We spend most of our time stocking shelves and talking to customers. It’s not a corporate chain, so we do things our own way. If the floor needs sweeping, one of us grabs the broom. There’s no fancy management structure here. We just try to keep the lights on and the shelves full. Sometimes we run out of things, and customers have to wait until the next delivery, but they usually understand. Being across from the training centre means we get a mix of regulars and people just passing through. It keeps things interesting. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just show up every morning and open the doors. It’s a straightforward business, nothing too complicated. We’re just glad to be part of the neighborhood.
