We are located in Kolkata, right on N.S.C Bose Road in the Naktala area. Our office is actually in Tanima Apartment, specifically Flat 3A on the top floor. It’s a bit different being in a residential-style building, but it works for our administrative side. We handle the steel business from here, mostly doing the paperwork and coordinating with the sites. Being on the top floor gives us a bit of a view, though we’re usually too busy with spreadsheets to look out the window much. The address is 251/A/21, and people sometimes find it a little tricky to find the first time, but once you’re here, it’s fine. We don't have a big warehouse at this specific spot, just the office where we manage the details. Kolkata is a crowded city, and Naktala can get pretty busy with traffic, so we usually try to get our deliveries scheduled at off-peak hours. The team here is small, just a couple of us who have known each other for years. We deal with the steel orders, talk to the suppliers, and make sure the accounts are settled. It’s a lot of phone calls and typing. We don't have any fancy brochures or a front desk with a receptionist. You just walk in and we're there working. It's a practical setup for the kind of work we do every day.
