If you know 69A Netaji Subhas Road, then you know it’s a crowded, busy place with a lot of history. That’s where Deekay Enterprises (Tubes) Pvt. Ltd. is located. Being in such a central spot means there is always noise from the street—horns honking, people shouting, and the general chaos of the city right outside our door. Inside, it’s a bit different, though not exactly quiet. We have stacks of tubes and pipes taking up a lot of the space. It is a bit of a maze sometimes, moving through the inventory. We’ve been in this building for quite a while, and the walls show the age of the neighborhood. We don’t have a big fancy sign or a shiny lobby. It is more of a place where people come when they need something specific and they know we probably have it tucked away somewhere in the back. The lighting isn't the best, and the floors are worn down from years of moving heavy stock around. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to folks who drop in from the street. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re something we’re not. We just sell tubes and manage the day-to-day bustle of being on Netaji Subhas Road. It’s honest work and it keeps us right in the middle of everything.
