Our office is in the White House building on Park Street. We're on the third floor in Block D. It’s a busy area of town, so finding a parking spot can be a real headache sometimes. We deal with refractories, which basically means materials that can stand a lot of heat. It’s heavy-duty stuff, but our office here is where we handle all the paperwork and coordination. The building has been around for a while and everyone knows where Park Street is. We’ve got a small crew here. Most of us have been working in this industry for years, so we know the ins and outs of heat-resistant materials. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy brochures or big talk. We just provide what people need for their furnaces or industrial kilns. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s always something to do. Being on the 3rd floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when things get hectic. We usually just stick to our routine, answering calls and making sure orders are moving along. It’s practical work. We’ve made some good friends with the other businesses in Block D. It’s a good community to be a part of. We just focus on getting the job done right and making sure the supplies get where they need to go. No big secrets here, just a lot of hard work and staying busy at 119 Park Street.
