Bsrm Steels Ltd. is situated at 47 A, Lake Avenue. We are on the first floor. It’s a nice area to work in. Lake Avenue has some trees and it’s not as loud as some other parts of the city. We deal with steel, which is a heavy and serious business. Even though we are in a quieter spot, we stay very busy. The first floor is usually full of people talking about steel prices and delivery schedules. We have been at this location for a good bit of time. The office is comfortable, but it’s definitely a place of work. There are stacks of paper on most of the desks. We handle a lot of the logistical side of things for steel. It’s a lot of coordination between different people. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing. We just take it one call at a time. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just talk to each other and get things sorted out. It’s a small team here at Lake Avenue. We know how each other works. That makes things easier when there is a lot to do. We don’t really go in for big speeches about what we do. We just make sure the steel gets where it needs to go. It’s a practical business for practical people.
