We sit here in Diamond Chambers, right at 4, Chowringhee Lane. Our spot is in Block 1, Suite No 7(O). It’s a busy part of the city, and you can always hear the cars and people outside. The building itself has been around for quite a bit. Inside our suite, it’s mostly just desks, stacks of paper, and the sound of the ceiling fan. We spend a lot of time looking out at the lane when we need a break. The hallway in Block 1 is usually pretty quiet unless the neighbors are moving stuff around. We like being here because everything is close by, even if the traffic is a nightmare sometimes. There’s a certain way the light hits the office in the late afternoon that’s actually okay. We don’t have fancy decorations or anything. It’s just a place to get the work done. Usually, the morning starts with making some tea and looking at the schedule. We’ve got our routine down. It’s not a big glamorous setup, just a functional office where we handle our business. Sometimes the elevator acts up, but that’s just part of being in an older building like this one. We’re used to the quirks of Suite 7. It feels like home after so many hours spent here. We just focus on what's in front of us and try to stay organized among all the files. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us here.
