Brg Iron & Steel Co. (P) Ltd.

We have our office set up in the Godrej Waterside building, specifically in suites 402 through 404 on the 4th floor. Being in Sector V of Salt Lake City means we are surrounded by a lot of tech companies and tall buildings, even though we deal with iron and steel. It’s a bit of a contrast, I guess. Brg Iron & Steel Co. (P) Ltd. has been here for some time. The office is busy, with phones ringing and people looking over technical drawings and supply sheets. It’s not a factory floor here—that happens elsewhere—but this is where the planning and the numbers get sorted out. Plot No. 5 in Block Df is usually pretty easy to find, which is good for when people need to drop off documents. The elevators in this building are always packed in the mornings. We sit at our desks, drink far too much coffee, and try to keep track of where everything is headed. Managing steel takes a lot of coordination. You’ve got to stay on top of the shipping dates and the inventory. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we get through it. It is a steady environment. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything adds up correctly by the end of the month. It's a lot of staring at spreadsheets and talking to suppliers on the phone, but it's what we do. We don't have fancy brochures. We just do the job.
