It’s mostly just a few of us handling the daily operations from a house near the market. The location is good because we are close to where everyone buys and sells. We deal with various aspects of farming, from growing to distributing. Nadia is a good place for this kind of work, but it takes a lot of effort to keep things running. We spend our days checking on the fields and making sure the supplies are coming in on time. Sometimes the shipments are late or the weather doesn't cooperate, but that’s just part of the job.
