Bidesh Biswas

Bidesh Biswas operates out of B Block in Salt Lake City, specifically at 229 B. It’s in Sector 1, which is a pretty well-known part of the city. Being near the PNB makes it easy for people to give directions. Salt Lake is different from the rest of Kolkata, it's more organized with the blocks and the parks. Our place is just a regular house that we use for our work. It’s quiet and there’s plenty of space to sit down and talk. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy lobby. If you come here, you’re likely just going to meet with Bidesh or one of the small team. It’s a very personal way of doing things. We don't like the corporate way of handling people. We just sit in the room, go over the details, and figure out what needs to be done. The neighborhood is mostly families and older residents, so it stays peaceful throughout the day. You might hear a car go by or some birds in the trees, but that’s about it. We’ve been at this address for a long time. People find us through word of mouth mostly. They know they can just come to B Block and find us near the bank. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. No pressure, just straightforward work in a nice part of town. We are just here doing our daily tasks.
