Bibhas Pal

You can find Bibhas Pal’s office at 25 B.T. Road in Kolkata. It is right on the main stretch, so the traffic is something we deal with every single day. Number 25 is a sturdy old building that has been around for quite some time. Inside, it’s a very basic setup. There are a few wooden tables, some chairs that have been here since we opened, and stacks of folders that never seem to get any smaller. We don't have a fancy waiting room with magazines. Usually, if someone comes by, they just pull up a chair next to the desk. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. The ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking noise, and the windows need a good wash, but it’s a real place where real work happens. Bibhas Pal is usually here throughout the day, juggling different things. We don't have a big team or a lot of complicated systems. It’s mostly just sitting down and getting through the pile of work. The location on B.T. Road is convenient for getting around, even if it is a bit loud. It’s a no-nonsense kind of office. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. We just want to finish the day's tasks and go home like everyone else. It’s just a standard local spot in this part of Kolkata. There isn't much more to tell really, it’s just us.
