Room 303 in Central Plaza is where you will find us. We are up on the third floor. Sarat Bose Road is usually packed with cars and people walking to work. It’s a decent building, though the lift takes its time sometimes. Benline Agencies has been operating out of here for a bit. We have a lot of cupboards full of old files and computers that hum all day. It’s not very quiet because of the street noise, but it makes the day go by fast. Lala Lajpat Rai Sarani is right there, so it's a central spot for us to be. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maps mostly. Everyone knows where everything is, even if the desks look a bit messy during the busy hours. We drink a lot of coffee while we handle the agency stuff. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and checking lists. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Just a bunch of people working in a room on the third floor. When the monsoon hits, the view from the window gets all grey and blurry. We just keep at it until it's time to lock up. The elevators are those old metal ones that clank when they stop. We usually just take the stairs if we aren't carrying too many files. The office has a bit of a smell of old paper and ink.
