We are located in the Vaibhav Building, up on the third floor. It is a decent enough spot to spend our working hours. We handle air link services for Air Link India Ltd., which is really just a way of saying we deal with all the logistics of moving things by air. It is a very fast-paced environment because planes do not wait for anyone, and if you miss a window, it is a big problem. We are constantly checking the clocks and looking at flight schedules. The office usually feels a bit frantic. We have several people who have been with the company for a very long time. They understand the small details of how air cargo moves. It is not just about the actual flight; there is so much that happens on the ground both before and after the plane takes off. We do not have any big slogans on our walls or a mission statement. We just have a lot of calendars and boards where we track everything. It gets quite noisy in here when everyone is on their phones at the same time. We have had to learn how to think fast. If there is a delay due to weather or something else, we have to find a solution immediately. That is just how this business is. We are a straightforward group. We take our responsibilities seriously but we do not act like we are better than anyone else. It is just practical work in a busy city.
