We’ve been here for a while and we like being in such a central location. Our work mostly revolves around marine services, so we are often dealing with people from the ports or other shipping companies. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it has everything we need to keep things running. We aren't big on modern decor; we prefer having our folders and charts where we can see them. Since we are on the second floor, we get a bit of a view of the street, which is always interesting to watch during a break. The staff here are mostly locals who have been in the shipping business for years. We don't use any fancy talk or try to sound more important than we are. We just handle the maritime paperwork and coordination that our clients need. It can be a bit loud because of the market nearby, but that’s just part of the charm of working on Lindsay Street.
