Diamond Tour Travels

Diamond Tour Travels is at 6/9A Nilkanta Chatterjee Lane in the Belgharia area. It’s a bit of a narrow street, so you really have to keep an eye out for the sign on the wall. We’ve been running this travel business for a good number of years now. Inside the office, the space is mostly filled with some old computers and stacks of papers. We don’t bother with those shiny travel posters you see everywhere else. Most of the day is spent talking to people about where they need to go and figuring out a way to get them there. Whether it’s a train ticket or a car rental, we just handle the details as they come. The fan in the corner makes a lot of noise, but it's necessary when the sun hits the building in the afternoon. Belgharia is a busy place, and there’s always someone stopping by to ask about prices or schedules. Our team isn't big, just a few local folks who know the routes well. Sometimes things get complicated with cancellations, and then we have to spend all day on the phone. It’s not a glamorous job, but it's okay helping people get their trips sorted out. Big binders hold most of our records because it’s just easier that way sometimes. We don't have any big marketing speeches to give anyone. Working hard and being fair with everyone is how we do things.
