Heritage Adventure Tours

We spend most of our days over at No. 146 Ashokegarh by the Dunlop Bridge. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. Heritage Adventure Tours started because we just really liked traveling and figured we could help other people get their trips sorted too. It’s not a huge office or anything fancy, just a couple of us sitting around desks with maps and phones. Mostly, we handle the boring stuff like booking tickets and finding hotels so you don't have to deal with the headache. We’ve been around the area for a while now and most people know where to find us if they need a car or a plan for the weekend. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s quiet enough to actually drink a tea while it's hot. We try to keep things simple. If a road is closed or a train is late, we just find another way. That’s how it goes with travel. We don't have big brochures with glossy photos that don't look like real life. We just tell people what we know from being there ourselves. People come in from the neighborhood, sit down, and we talk about where they want to go. It’s a practical way to run things. We’re usually here from morning until the sun goes down, making sure the drivers are where they need to be.
