Vacanze Tours

We are located on South Station Road in Agarpara, which is quite convenient since the trains are right there. Vacanze Tours is basically just a small office where we spend our days looking at maps and train schedules. People come in mostly to ask about trips or how to get from one place to another without spending too much money. It’s not a fancy travel agency with glossy brochures everywhere. We have a couple of desks, some old computers, and a lot of papers stacked up. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait for the screens to load, which can be frustrating when a customer is sitting right in front of us. We talk to a lot of people every day, and everyone has a different idea of what a good vacation looks like. We just try to listen and find something that fits. It’s a lot of phone calls and typing. Sometimes we make mistakes and have to fix them quickly, but we always try to be honest about what is possible. The street outside is usually busy with people heading to the station, so there is always noise coming through the door. We’ve been here for a while now and most of the locals know where to find us if they need to book a ticket or just want to ask about a hotel somewhere far away. It keeps us on our toes and no two days are ever really the same.
