Our office is located at No. 152 Harish Mukherjee Road. It is a busy street with lots of traffic and people walking by all day long. We have got a small space here where we help people figure out their travel plans. It is usually filled with brochures, maps, and stacks of printouts for flights and hotels. The phone rings a lot, and there is always someone coming in to ask about a train ticket or a visa. We do not have a big fancy lobby, just a few desks and some chairs for customers to sit on. It can get a bit loud with the noise from Harish Mukherjee Road coming through the door, but we are used to it. We spend most of our time searching for different routes and trying to make everything fit into a schedule. It is a lot of detail work, making sure dates and names are all correct. We are not a giant travel corporation; we are just a small team working in a local neighborhood. Sometimes we stay late when someone has an urgent trip they need to book. We like the bustle of the road and being right in the middle of the city. We do not use any slick sales talk. People usually come to us because they want someone to handle the confusing parts of planning a trip. We just sit down with them, have a glass of water, and look at the options together.
