Samil Agro Industries Ltd. is based out in Barasat, right at the Helabattala More on Krishna Nagar Road. Our address is 723/1, and it is a pretty easy place to find because of all the activity around the junction. This is a busy part of the outskirts where there are always trucks passing by on their way to other districts. We have a decent-sized facility here. It isn't anything fancy to look at, just a practical industrial building where we handle our agro products. The yard is usually full of activity, especially when deliveries are coming in. We have a small office where we handle the billing and talk to customers. It gets quite noisy because of the traffic on Krishna Nagar Road, but you get used to it after a week or two. The staff lives mostly nearby, so there is a local feel to how we run things. We don't have a big HR department or corporate policies that make things complicated. If something needs doing, we just do it. It is a lot of physical work and keeping an eye on the inventory. We have been part of the Barasat landscape for a while now. We just focus on getting the agro supplies out to whoever needs them and keeping the business running smoothly day to day. It is a loud place but we call it home during the week.
