If you ever find yourself walking along Netaji Subhas Road in Kolkata, look for building 23A. We are located right there on the 1st Floor in Suite 20. That is where we run Bajrang Steel Trading Co. India Pvt. Ltd. It is an old Kolkata building with a lot of character, even if the stairs are a bit steep. We spend most of our time talking about steel and looking over various orders. Since we are a trading office, it can get pretty loud when things are moving fast in the market. We have been in this suite for a good number of years. There is a lot of history on this road and we are just a small part of it. We deal with all kinds of steel products and try to find what people are looking for. It is not a glamorous way to spend the day, just lots of phone calls and checking on our stock. Sometimes the lift in the building is not working, so we just walk up. It keeps us in shape. Being in the heart of Kolkata means there is always something going on outside. We just keep our heads down and focus on the steel trading. We are a private limited company, but we do not act like a big cold firm. We know our regular customers by name. Suite 20 is usually a bit messy with samples, but we know where everything is.
