Over in Badilpur village, you'll find us working through the office of the General Secretary, Kishan Besra. We are the Badilpur Tribal Producer Company Limited. Our home is here in the Abinashpur area of Birbhum. It’s a place where we really value our roots and the land we work on every single day. We started this group because we saw that the tribal farmers in our community needed a better way to get their products out there. It’s not a fancy business with big offices; we mostly work out of the village and keep things simple. We spend a lot of time listening to what the local folks need and trying to find ways to help with the farming. It's hard work, and sometimes we feel a bit overwhelmed with all the things that need doing, but we stay at it. We're just people who grew up here and want to see our community do well. We handle everything from seeds to selling the harvest, and it’s a lot of responsibility. But since we all know each other, it feels more like a family effort than a business. We don't use any big words or complicated plans. We just take things one day at a time and try to make sure everyone gets a fair deal for their hard work in the fields. It's just how we do things in Badilpur, and it's been that way for a while now.
