It’s an old building, and the name of the street always makes people smile when they first visit. Being on the ground floor is handy for when we have heavy catalogs or small samples arriving. The office isn't very big, but we make it work for what we do. We’ve been handling industrial steel supplies for quite some time now. Most of our work involves sitting at our desks, talking on the phone to suppliers, and making sure our clients get what they asked for. It gets a bit noisy sometimes because the street outside is usually busy, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't go in for big presentations or fancy corporate talk. We just tell people what we have in stock and how much it’s going to cost. Some days are slow and we spend them tidying up the files, and other days everyone is calling at once and the place feels a bit chaotic. We’ve stayed in Room 88 because it’s a central spot and people know where to find us. It’s a practical setup for a practical business.
