Ars Steels Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Fortune Tower at 23A N.S. Road. We are up on the second floor in room number 18A. It’s a typical commercial building where you hear the sounds of other offices through the walls. Our room isn't huge, but we have enough space for the desks and the computers we need for the steel business. There are always stacks of delivery notes and invoices piled up on the corners of the tables. The hallway outside is usually busy with people moving between different rooms in the tower. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers or checking on transport trucks. It can get quite warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the side of the building, so we keep the windows shut and the old air unit running. The carpet is a bit worn out in the spots where the chairs roll back and forth all day. We’ve been in this particular room for a while, so we know all the quirks of the plumbing and which light switches are a bit loose. It is a no-nonsense kind of place. We come in, do the work involving the metal trade, and handle the accounts. There isn't much decoration on the walls, just a few calendars and a map of the local industrial zones pinned up near the entrance door.
