Anu Masonry Works

Anu Masonry Works is located in Hamidpur village, not too far from the post office in Salidah. We are tucked away in North 24 Parganas, doing our work day in and day out. This isn't a corporate setup with a front desk. It's more of a home base where we keep our tools and some materials. Most of our time is spent out at different job sites around Naihati. We do a lot of small construction and repair work for the people living nearby. It’s the kind of work that keeps your hands calloused and your clothes stained with cement. The village is quiet for the most part, except for when we are loading up the cart in the morning. We’ve been doing this for a long time, so we know the local soil and how the weather affects the masonry. When the monsoon hits, things get slow and we spend more time under the tin roof fixing our gear. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle a trowel and a level. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just coming to the house in Hamidpur. It’s a practical life. We aren't trying to build skyscrapers, just solid walls and small homes for our neighbors in the district. It’s what we know how to do.
