We are based in Sankrail, over in the Howrah district. You’ll find Adonis Electronics right in the village area, near the post office. It’s a local operation through and through. We don't have a big corporate headquarters or anything like that. Our workspace is where all the action happens. We handle a lot of different electronics, from small household items to slightly bigger stuff. The humidity in Howrah can be a real pain for circuit boards, so we see a lot of the same kinds of problems over and over. We aren't looking to become some famous brand. We just want to provide a place where people can bring their gear when it acts up. The shop is often a bit cluttered with half-finished projects and spare components we’ve salvaged over time. That’s just the way we like it because you never know when a random screw or capacitor might come in handy. We don't use fancy jargon when we talk to people. We just explain what’s wrong in plain English or the local tongue. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, but that’s just part of life here. We’ve been part of the Sankrail community for a while and we plan on staying. It’s a basic, honest business and we take pride in just getting the work done without any fuss.
