We are based out of Kolhapur, a city that we really enjoy being a part of. Specifically, you can find Wellinterface Infotech Private Limited at 41 Jaybhavani Colony in the Tal Karveer area. It’s a residential neighborhood that is quite peaceful compared to the industrial zones. Our office is a simple building that doesn't stand out much from the houses around it. We like it that way because it feels more like a community. There are about ten of us working here on a regular day. We have a few rooms set up with workstations and some basic shelves for our files. The windows look out onto the street, and we often see our neighbors going about their day. We don't have a big corporate culture here. We mostly just talk about the work that needs to be done and sometimes what's happening in the local news. We usually bring our own food from home and eat together in the small break area. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don't use complicated jargon or try to sound like a multinational corporation. We are just a local business in Maharashtra trying to do right by our clients and our families. The walk to the office is pleasant, and we know the local shops where we can buy whatever we need for the day. It’s a modest setup, but it’s ours, and we’ve worked hard to keep it going in Jaybhavani Colony.
