Serveait Systems

Our business, Serveait Systems, is situated at No. 19/12/1 in the Mahalaxmi Complex. If you haven't been here before, the complex can be a bit confusing with all the different units and hallways. We are in a simple office space on one of the upper floors. We have a few computers and some testing equipment set up on our desks. We aren't a big tech company with hundreds of workers. It’s just a small group of us who enjoy working with systems. We spend our time fixing software bugs or setting up networks for other small businesses nearby. The Mahalaxmi Complex is a very busy place, so there is always the sound of people talking and doors closing in the background. We don't have any expensive furniture or art on the walls. We just have what we need to get the work done. A lot of our day is spent looking at code or talking on the phone to explain how to fix a problem. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to our customers. We just tell them what is wrong and how we can fix it. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been at this address for a few years and most people around here know where to find us if their computers act up. We aren't a huge firm, just a few of us who know what we are doing.
