Os2I Pvt Ltd is based in Kolhapur, specifically at Plot No 11 in the Narayan Nagar Housing Society. We’re in the Mahadik Mal area, which is a nice part of the city. Working out of a housing society gives the whole place a different feel than a commercial plaza. It’s quieter, and you see the same families walking by every day. Our office is basically a converted space that we’ve filled with computers and desks. We do a lot of back-office work and IT services from here. It’s not a place with a lot of bells and whistles. We have some shelves for files, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of wires. The team is mostly local people who live nearby. We start our day early before it gets too hot. Most of the time, you’ll just hear the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with meetings for the sake of meetings. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and get to it. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit during the break to get some fresh air. It’s a steady kind of work. We’ve been part of the Ghungat area for a while now and we’re just a regular part of the neighborhood, doing our tech work in a quiet corner of Kolhapur. No fuss, just tasks.
