We are located up on the second floor of the Pushparaj building in Raviwar Peth. It is in the B Ward, very close to Uma Theatre. Being on the second floor means we are constantly carrying boxes and equipment up and down those stairs. We handle technology stuff, mostly repairing things and selling a few parts here and there. It is a bit of a cramped office space with wires and circuit boards spread out all over the desks. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in all those different cables. Raviwar Peth is always crowded with people and traffic, so just getting to the building in the morning can be a real task. We aren't a big tech firm with glass walls or fancy suits. We are just a few guys who know how to fix things when they stop working. People bring in their old computers or gadgets and we see what we can do to help. Some days it is an easy fix, but other days we are stuck on one single problem for the whole afternoon. We have some old posters on the walls and the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound that we’ve just gotten used to. It is where we spend most of our time. We don’t do any advertising. People just know we are here above the other shops. We try to keep things moving so we don't get a huge backlog.
