Swastik Catering

We have been over here at Plot No 96 in Arunoday Society for a good while now. Being so close to Shivaji University means we see a lot of students and families from around Shahu Park walking by all the time. It is a busy little spot in Kolhapur. Most mornings we start very early when the air is still cool. The kitchen gets hot fast once the stoves are on, but that is just how it goes when you are preparing food for people. We do not have a big fancy office or anything like that. It is mostly just us working through the orders and making sure everything is packed up right. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with the deliveries, especially during the wedding season, but we manage to get through it. People around here know where to find us if they need a hand with a meal or a small gathering. It is funny how you get used to the noise of the university nearby after a while. We have seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but the way we do things stays pretty much the same. We just focus on what needs to get done today. If you are coming from the university side, it is a short walk. We do not spend much time on the computer or writing things down, usually we are just on our feet working. It is hard work, but it is what we know.
