Shri Venkateshwara Caterers

Our workplace is located at Radheshyam Mangal Karyalay right on Jyotiba Road. It’s a place that stays pretty active, especially when there are functions or ceremonies happening in the hall. Shri Venkateshwara Caterers has been operating from this spot for a good while. We spend a lot of our time handling the logistics of big meals and making sure everything is in place for the guests who come through. Jyotiba Road is usually buzzing with people, and being inside the Karyalay means we are always in the middle of the action. It gets quite loud sometimes when the music starts, but we’re used to it by now. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just focus on the pots and pans and getting the quantities right. The kitchen is where most of the work happens, from early morning prep until late at night. Sometimes we run out of space when a big event is on, so we have to be really organized with our storage. The staff here is mostly local folks who have been with us for years. We know the routines of the hall inside out. It’s a practical way to earn a living, and we enjoy the rhythm of the work. There’s always something to clean or a list to check. We just take it one day at a time here on Jyotiba Road. We aren't doing anything fancy, just cooking and serving as the events come and go.
