R J Caterers is based at Ramjanki, Plot Number 7/8, on Pachgaon Road in Kolhapur City. If you are looking for us, we are right behind the Mahalaxmi Nursing Home in the Apurva Nagar area. It’s a decent-sized plot where we do most of our food preparation and planning. Catering is a lot of work, mostly involving early mornings and very late nights, especially when there are big parties to feed. We have been in this spot in Kolhapur for a good while, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The kitchen stays busy, and there’s always the smell of spices and cooking in the air around our place. We don't really use a lot of fancy marketing talk because the food usually speaks for itself. We just focus on getting the ingredients right and making sure everything is ready on time for the delivery. It’s not a glamorous job, it involves a lot of cleaning and heavy lifting, but we are used to it by now. The location in Apurva Nagar is convenient for our vans to get out onto the main road and reach different parts of the city quickly. We just keep our heads down and work on the next order, making sure the plates are full and the clients are satisfied with what we bring to their tables for their celebrations or small family gatherings.
