Mirchi Food Mall

We are located at Vantmure Corner on the Miraj Sangli Road. It’s a spot that many people pass as they travel between Miraj and Sangli. Being a food mall, we have a bit more space than a tiny shop, but it’s still a very local operation. We’ve got different sections and it takes a lot of effort to keep everything running smoothly. The floors need constant sweeping because of all the dust from the road. We aren't trying to be a fancy city mall; we are just a place for people to stop and eat. Most of our customers are locals from Miraj or travelers taking a break. You’ll see us running around, checking on the different stalls and making sure the supplies are stocked up. The parking area gets pretty full on some days, and we have to help direct people. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have any corporate offices or polished brochures. We just have our signs out front and the food we prepare. The sun can get quite hot out here, so we try to keep the inside as comfortable as possible. Sometimes a machine breaks down or a delivery is late, and we just have to fix it on the fly. It’s real life here, not some perfect advertisement. We’ve been part of this corner for a while, and we just keep doing what we do every day without much fuss.
