Avm Internatinol School

Out here in Talsande, near Warananagar, the air is a bit fresher than in the middle of Kolhapur city. Our school sits on a decent bit of land, and we see a lot of students coming in from the nearby villages and farms. It’s a quiet place mostly, except when the bell goes for lunch. We call ourselves an international school, but we keep things very grounded and local in how we actually run things day to day. The classrooms are basic but they have what the teachers need. We spend a lot of time making sure the kids actually understand their lessons rather than just memorizing things. The playground is often dusty because of the dry weather, but that doesn't stop the games during break time. We have a small office where we handle all the paperwork, and it’s usually piled high with notebooks and forms. Sometimes the internet is slow or the school bus is late, but we just get on with it. It’s a practical environment. The parents here are mostly hardworking people who want a decent place for their kids to learn. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, the teachers, and the support staff making sure the gates open on time and the classes happen. We like the pace of life here in the Kolhapur district. It’s a good, honest place to work and teach every day for the community.
