Dudhaganga Valley Public School

Dudhaganga Valley Public School is out in Ispurli, which is part of the Kolhapur district. It is a bit of a quieter area compared to the main city, which is nice for a school. We have been here for a while, and most of the people in Ispurli know who we are. The school itself is a plain building that fits in with the local surroundings. We do not go in for anything too flashy. Most of our students are from the nearby villages and farms. They come here every morning, sometimes walking quite a distance. We have the standard classrooms, a small staff room, and some space outside for sports. It is a very local atmosphere. The teachers often chat with the parents at the gate about how the crops are doing or local news. We spend our days teaching the basic subjects and keeping an eye on the kids. Sometimes the cows from the nearby fields wander a bit too close to the gate, which gives the kids something to talk about. It is a simple life here. We do not have all the high-tech gadgets you might find in a city school, but we have the books and the space we need. It can be a bit dusty and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. We just keep going one day at a time.
