We are located over at Tarai Park, which is right near Chintamani Nagar in Sangli. It’s a decent area, not too loud but busy enough to keep us on our toes. We work out of a plain building where we handle our food supplies. The day usually starts with checking the inventory and seeing what needs to be moved out. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. It’s mostly just shelves, boxes, and a couple of tables for packing. The sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon, making it quite warm inside. We usually keep the back door open to get a bit of air moving through. There are a few other businesses nearby, so there’s always someone to talk to if we’re taking a break. Sangli is a good place for this kind of work. We’ve been at this location for a while and we’ve gotten used to the way things go around here. The delivery trucks sometimes have a hard time finding the exact turn into Tarai Park, so we often have to go out to the road to wave them in. It’s just one of those things you deal with. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. We just do our work, pack the food, and make sure it gets where it needs to go. It’s a steady rhythm that suits us fine every single day.
