Shree Marble Centre

Our place, Shree Marble Centre, is right on Sangli Road. It is a good spot because a lot of trucks pass by, but it also means things get pretty dusty. We have heaps of marble stacked up, and we spend a good chunk of the day just organizing it. The weather out here can be tough, especially when the sun is beating down on the stone all afternoon. We don't have a fancy showroom with air conditioning; it is more of a practical yard where the work actually happens. Usually, we are busy helping someone figure out how many pieces they need or moving crates around with the crane. It is loud and can be a bit chaotic when multiple deliveries show up at once. We started this because there was a need for it along this road, and we just stayed. Every day is pretty much the same—sorting through the blocks, checking for cracks, and making sure the inventory is right. We have a few guys who have been with us for years, so we all know how the routine goes. We don't use big words or try to act like we are some corporate giant. We are just a local marble yard on the side of the road. Sometimes the power goes out or the water is late, but we just carry on with the work. It is what it is, and we like it that way. It is just hard work and heavy stone day after day.
