Ashirwad Ceramics

Ashirwad Ceramics is easy to find because we are right above the Domino's Pizza on Bhau Singi Road. You can smell the garlic bread and pizza dough all day long. We are at 2107/C. You have to walk up the stairs to get to us. Once you get inside, it's a world of tiles and bathroom fittings. We have boards showing different patterns on the walls. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. We've got ceramics for everything. Kitchens, floors, walls. Some are plain and some have designs. We try to keep a good variety. The floor in the shop is actually made of different tiles we wanted to test out. It looks a bit patchy but it works for us. We don't have a big team. Just a few of us here. We help people carry boxes down to their cars if they aren't too heavy. The traffic on Bhau Singi Road is always a mess. You can hear the horns honking from our windows. We have a small desk where we do the billing. It’s usually covered in pens and scraps of paper. We don't use much fancy software. It’s mostly just writing things down and checking the stock. We like talking to the people who come in. They have all sorts of ideas for their houses. We just show them what we have in the back and hope it fits what they need for their homes. It's a simple shop for local people.
