Rockstone Real Space is located out in Bambavade, specifically in the Shahuwadi area. Our address is simply number 958. It is a bit of a different environment compared to being stuck in the middle of a huge city like Mumbai or Pune. Things move a little slower around here, which we actually prefer for the way we work. We handle various real estate and space-related tasks from this location. Our office isn't anything you would see in a fancy architectural magazine. It is a very practical space where we can sit down, look at maps, and talk through the different projects we have going on. We know the local area well because we live and work right here. Being based in Shahuwadi means we are much closer to the land and the spaces we deal with. It involves a lot of paperwork and phone calls, to be honest. Sometimes we have to head out to see specific sites, but 958 is where we do all the daily organizing. We are just a local team. We do not have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy documents for us. We just wrote this ourselves so people know where we are. It is a simple life and a simple way of running things. We value being straightforward. We do not use complicated jargon or big words. If someone asks what we do, we just tell them clearly. The building we are in is sturdy and it serves its purpose. We don't need much more than that. It is just us, working away in Bambavade.
