You can find us at House Number 4257/2 in Indrjeet Colony, which is in the Uchagaon area of Kolhapur. It’s a quiet spot in the Karveer taluka. Reverziel Infotech Private Limited is a small tech company run by a few of us who grew up around here. We aren’t trying to be some massive corporation. We just like working with computers and software. The office is part of a house, so it feels very personal and grounded. We spend most of our time at our desks, coding or checking servers. It’s not the kind of place with a big sign or a lobby, just a room full of computers where we get things done. We chose to stay in Kolhapur because it’s home. We know the people here and we like the pace of life. Sometimes the work is difficult and we have to stay late to figure out a bug, but that is part of the job. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Most of the people we work with heard about us from someone else in the colony. We try to be helpful and straightforward with everyone. It’s a simple business model: we do the tech work and try to make sure it functions the way it’s supposed to. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the hardware lying around, but we know where everything is.
