REAL STONE MINES PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located in a place called Palashi, which falls under the Kahanapur Taluka. Our setup is C/o Sambhaji Audumbar Jadhav at house or plot number 589. This is a very different environment compared to the big cities like Mumbai. Real Stone Mines Private Limited is right here where the actual ground work happens. It is a rural setting, and the whole landscape is dominated by the hills and the mining areas. Most of the people you will see working here are locals who have lived in this area for a long time and know the land. We do not have a corporate office building with glass windows. It is more of a functional space right on the property. We deal with the raw side of the business, which means extracting the stone and getting it ready for transport. Life out here follows the movement of the sun. We start very early in the morning when the air is still cool and try to get the heaviest work finished before the sun gets too high. It is a dusty job, and the sound of the machines is always in the background. There is no air conditioning here; we just sit around a plain table and talk about what needs to be done. We have to be very careful with the weather because rain changes everything at a mine. It is a tough way to make a living, but we enjoy the work.
