We have enough space to breathe and think. The workshop or office area is pretty functional. We don't spend money on decorations that nobody sees. Most of our time is spent on the actual projects. Sometimes we have to drive into the main part of Kolhapur for supplies. That takes a bit of time but the drive is okay. It’s a local business through and through. The people working here have been around for a long time. We know each other's habits and how we like our coffee. There is no big HR department or anything. We just talk to each other if something comes up. It feels more like a small community than a company sometimes. We keep our heads down and stay busy with whatever is on the schedule. It might not look like much from the outside but there is a lot of activity inside. Just hard work and local roots here. It's a simple life and it suits us fine.
