You can find Newgen Technology at G-3, Royal Court in the Panch Bungla area of Shahupuri. It’s a ground floor spot, which makes it easy for people to drop off heavy desktop towers. We’ve been operating out of this unit for a while. Shahupuri is a lively area, and we get a lot of different people coming in. We aren't a big tech firm with millions in funding. We are just a local shop that knows a lot about computers. We handle everything from building custom PCs for gaming to fixing office workstations. The shop is often full of boxes because we are always ordering new parts for builds. We don’t have a receptionist or a waiting lounge. You just walk in and talk to whoever is behind the bench. We might be covered in a bit of thermal paste or dust, but we’ll listen to what’s wrong with your machine. We don’t use any polished marketing speak. We just tell you if a part needs replacing or if a software reset will do the trick. The Royal Court building is well-known around here, so we are easy to locate. Most of our customers are from the nearby bunglas or the local college. We keep things pretty relaxed. We just want to do a good job so people come back next time they have a tech headache. It’s honest work.
