Magic Beyond Genius Llp

You can find us at Malhar Bungalow, which is inside the Chitale Dairy Campus near Bhilawadi Station. This is in the Sangli district, specifically in the Palus area. It’s a bit of a different setting for a business like ours, being out here near the station and the dairy campus, but it works for us. Magic Beyond Genius Llp is run by a few of us who wanted to stay local rather than moving to a big city. We like the pace of life here in Bhilawadi. The office is inside a bungalow, so it feels more like a home than a sterile workspace. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and we spend our days working through various projects. It’s a quiet spot most of the time, which is great for focusing. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. We just talk to each other and decide what needs to happen next. Sometimes the trains going by the station remind us of the world outside, but mostly we just stick to our tasks. We aren't trying to sound like some high-tech giant. We are just a local team doing what we know how to do. Being in Sangli gives us a different perspective on things. We value the relationships we have with people nearby and try to keep everything straightforward and honest. It’s just how we prefer to work.
