Librecion Private Limited

Librecion Private Limited is based out of a small place at 25/988/1 in Torana Nagar. Ichalkaranji is the town we call home, and it’s mostly known for its textile industry, but we decided to do something different. Our neighborhood is mostly quiet, filled with families and small local businesses. Our office isn't something you would see in a magazine. It's a simple room with a few tables and our computer equipment. We don't have any corporate branding on the walls or fancy lights. It’s just a place where we come every day to handle our business. We aren't trying to be a massive company. We just want to do our work well and keep things running. Most of the people living around here know us as the local tech guys. We don't use a lot of jargon when we talk. We just describe things as they are. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the office during the summer, so we keep the fans going all day. We usually take a break in the afternoon to get some fresh air. There’s no big staff or human resources department. It’s just a few of us sharing the workload. We’ve been at this address for a while and it feels right for us. It’s humble, practical, and it allows us to focus on the tasks we have each day.
