At Koat Galli, you’ll find Kulswamini Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited. We operate out of Vishawas Jagdeorao Shinde’s place. It’s a local operation, born out of necessity more than anything else. We’ve all got our own patches of land, but we realized that selling our stuff and buying supplies is easier when we do it as one group. The name comes from our traditions, and we try to work with that same spirit. Koat Galli is a place where everyone knows your name, so we have to be straight with people. We don't use any corporate talk here because it doesn't fit the way we live. We’re usually covered in dust or mud, depending on the month. We spend our evenings sitting around talking about the crop yields and the latest prices at the market. It’s a slow process sometimes, getting everyone on the same page, but it’s worth it. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle the day-to-day things. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping track of small details that others might miss. We aren't looking to become famous; we just want to make sure our families are taken care of and the farm stays productive. It’s a practical, honest way to spend our time, and we’re proud of the work we do.
