Agrilyst India Farmer Producer Companylimited is over in Nilewadi. Our office is just a house, Number 334 to be exact. It’s in the Hatkangale taluka. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees or a fancy glass building. We are just local people trying to make a go of it here in Nilewadi. Most of our work involves the local farmers in the area. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors and figuring out the logistics for our produce. House Number 334 is where we keep the books and take meetings when someone stops by. It’s a simple setup because we'd rather be out in the fields than sitting in an office all day. Hatkangale is where we are registered, and Nilewadi is home for us. It can be a bit dusty and the roads aren't always great, especially during the rains, but we get by. We didn't want to make things complicated with a fancy name or a big headquarters. We just kept it as Agrilyst India and stayed right here where the crops are. We deal with the day to day stuff, like seeds and sales and trying to get a fair price for everyone. It’s hard work and it isn't always pretty, but it’s what we know.
